2010 Schedule

New School Orientation: During this two-hour session, the Ohio Traffic Safety Office and those involved with driver training will be introduced. Ohio Administrative Code 4501-07 will be reviewed, including the Application for Driver Training Enterprise License and Application for Instructors and Training Managers. Rules for training students under the age of 18 and for commercial driver’s licenses will be discussed. Training agreements, records, vehicles, insurance and bonding, and advertising are other topics that are covered. There will be time for questions from the attendees. There is no fee charged for this training. Attendance is required by the school owner(s), authorizing official(s), and training manager before a new enterprise application will be accepted.

  • January 22, 2010: 10:00 a.m - noon at ODPS, Motorcycle Ohio Room
  • March 26, 2010: 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. at ODPS, Motorcycle Ohio Room
  • May 21, 2010: 10:00 a.m - noon at ODPS, Motorcycle Ohio Room
  • July 23 , 2010: 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. at ODPS, Motorcycle Ohio Room
  • October 1, 2010: 10:00 a.m - noon at ODPS, Motorcycle Ohio Room
